We are looking for someone passionate about cybersecurity, works well in a matrix work environment, and with a solid background in Data Loss Prevention (DLP). The DLP Security Analyst will work with the business leaders to develop DLP policies, response rules, and allow/block lists based on business requirements.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, CDMP, PMP, SCRUM, or other cybersecurity certifications and credentials.
- 2-3 years of DLP experience, including installation, upgrades, and operational support of DLP platforms
- Proven experience working with business leaders to develop DLP policies, response rules, and allow/block lists based on business needs
- A thorough understanding of network concepts such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, Switching, Proxies, Firewalls, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, etc.
- Experience using internal CRM tools for problem tracking and project development
- Experience conducting compliance risk assessments, developing mitigation or corrective action plans, and escalating identified risks as necessary
- Ability to prepare metric plans and report on the DLP program s performance and progress
- Previous experience administering DLP tools such as: ProofPoint, Zscaler, Symantec.
