• 2-3 years of automated and/or AI testing experience.
• Familiar with Agile software development lifecycle.
• Experience with automated test scripts development and execution.
• Experience with digital or software testing methodology, defect classifications, tracking and reporting tools (CA Agile, HP ALM, JIRA).

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
• Proficiency with software defects reporting tools (CA Agile, HP ALM, JIRA).
• Experience with test automation and/or AI test development tools (Eggplant DAI experience strongly preferred).
• Accessibility testing experience.
• Familiar with Persona-based Testing methodology.
• Digital products development and/or digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Prior work experience with health care or health insurance organizations.
