Digital Commerce Platform Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Storefront Features: Design and build scalable e-commerce features using SFRA, JavaScript controllers, models, and ISML templates.
• Build User Interfaces: Create responsive and mobile-first UI components using Bootstrap and modern frontend tools.
• Handle Integrations: Connect the storefront with third-party services, payment gateways, and APIs using OCAPI, SCAPI, and REST web services.
• Optimize Performance: Improve site speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile conversion rates.
• Manage Jobs and Services: Implement and maintain SFCC Jobs Framework and Service Framework.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Debug and resolve production bugs, application errors, and integration failures.
• Collaborate: Work closely with UX designers, backend engineers, QA testers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2–4 years dedicated to SFCC and SFRA.
• Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, ISML, and MVC design patterns.
• Platform Knowledge: Experience with SFCC Business Manager, Jobs Framework, and Service Framework.
• APIs: Solid understanding of OCAPI, SCAPI, and RESTful web services.
• Tools: Proficiency with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools like Webpack or NPM.
• Certification: Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification is strongly preferred.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with headless commerce or Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Knowledge of third-party integrations like Adyen, PayPal, Forter, or Vertex.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS)
