We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with strong Azure expertise to build and manage enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps automation. The role involves working with Azure DevOps/GitHub Enterprise, Kubernetes (AKS), and infrastructure-as-code to enable secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Implement DevSecOps practices including SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and container security.
- Develop reusable pipeline templates and automation frameworks for enterprise-wide use.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Bicep.
- Manage Azure Landing Zones, including networking, RBAC, policies, and governance.
- Automate provisioning of Azure services (AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure SQL).
- Manage AKS environments (Helm, Kustomize, namespaces, workload identity).
- Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.
- Monitor and improve CI/CD performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (CIS, MCSB, SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Track and improve DORA metrics and support SRE best practices.
Required Skills
- 5+ years DevOps / platform engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise.
- Strong expertise in Terraform; Bicep preferred.
- Strong experience with AKS, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
- Experience with Azure networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, ExpressRoute).
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
