Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to automate code deployment, testing, and delivery for Gen AI and RPA projects.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
• Automate environment provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor the performance of distributed systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure 99.9% uptime and optimal system performance.
• Optimize containerization using Docker and orchestrate microservices with Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment and management.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into workflows, ensuring alignment between engineering needs and operational processes.
• Implement and improve infrastructure security while managing robust monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to ensure rapid recovery in case of failure.
• Continuously analyze and automate manual processes, driving efficiency and scalability across operations.
• Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, sharing best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding team development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Solid experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub).
• Deep understanding of networking, security protocols, and firewall configurations.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Proven ability to manage high-availability, fault-tolerant environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex systems.
