Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to automate the provisioning of resources through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Write custom scripts and code to automate infrastructure management, monitoring services, and test cases, improving operational efficiency.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise data management solutions, ensuring reliable and efficient handling of business-critical data.
• Create dashboards for logging, alerting, and responding to issues, ensuring proactive identification and resolution.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and capacity of production environments, including code, infrastructure, and data.
• Drive the long-term technical strategy for scalable, resilient architecture in collaboration with the team.
• Implement cost-saving strategies for cloud resource usage, optimizing both performance and cost efficiency.
• Stay up to date with modern cloud architecture and design practices to continually enhance technical expertise.
• Learn about other business areas to improve business acumen and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, including Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL Server.
• Proficient with GitHub and build automation platforms like Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with SQL and performance tuning for SQL queries.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts for data integration, particularly with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate Workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling messages for alignment and action across teams.
