Roles and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture, spanning frontend, backend, APIs, data layers, and system integrations.
• Define reference architectures, technology standards, and design principles that balance scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization.
• Drive long-term architectural decisions, ensuring future extensibility and alignment with business growth.
• Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop application code and unit tests in React, NodeJS, and RESTful Web Services.
• Create Python APIs (synchronous and asynchronous) using Flask and FastAPI.
• Maintain and configure MongoDB instances, ensuring maximum performance, availability, and reliability.
• Test APIs, interpret results, and optimize existing services for improved performance.
• Solve complex problems involving multi-layered data sets, integrating insights across systems.
• Manage version control using Git and implement unit testing/Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop interactive dashboards and analytical tools.
• Provide guidance on UI/UX design considerations and interface with database systems.

Required Technical Skills

• DevOps & SRE: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident response, reliability engineering.
• Unix/Linux administration and scripting.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.
• Programming Languages: React, NodeJS, Python.
• API Development: REST, Flask, FastAPI, asynchronous services.
• Database Management: MongoDB (performance tuning, replication, scaling).
• Version Control & Testing: Git, TDD, unit testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and modern frontend technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, SRE, and Full-Stack Development.
