Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
- 8+ years of Life Reinsurance domain expertise
- Strong understanding of Life & Annuity Reinsurance processes
- Experience in Reinsurance treaties, administration, and reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Understanding of integration with policy administration and financial systems
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the Reinsurance Modernization Program
- Provide deep expertise in Life & Annuity Reinsurance processes
- Define and prioritize product backlog items
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements
- Collaborate closely with technology teams to drive modernization objectives
- Support reinsurance treaty administration and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work with stakeholders to align on product vision and delivery
