Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users and clients to identify and understand their needs, translating these into actionable product requirements.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing feature development with business value and user impact.
• Work closely with development teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality product features.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Rally to track progress, manage workflows, and facilitate communication.

Required Skills

• Expertise in P&C Insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Agile development methodologies, including SAFe Agile.
• Experience with Jira and Rally for project management and tracking.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Solid background in software development and product management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively convey requirements and evaluate product performance.
