Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize Kore.ai's XO Platform, SmartAssist, and IVR technologies to develop, deploy, and maintain conversational AI solutions.
• Design and implement chatbots and voice bots, ensuring effective use of Kore.ai's features and adherence to best practices in solution architecture.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Conversational AI platforms and their application across different channels including chat, voice, and web agent assist.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive bot dialog flows using Kore.ai, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Lead technical design sessions with cross-functional teams including developers, UX designers, data analysts, and product owners to develop and refine AI solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve Kore. ai-related issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting support.
• Apply strategies for developing bots that can be deployed across multiple platforms (chat, voice, and agent assist) efficiently.
• Provide subject matter expertise in building bots for various domains, leveraging your knowledge to drive innovation and improvements.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ yrs hands-on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python
• Good experience on Conversational AI Platform
• Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist
• Good experience in Design and Solution Architecture for creating chatbots & voice bots using Kore.ai
• Provide subject matter expertise in building bots using Kore.ai across domains (voice, web agent assist).
• Expertise in applying the build once/deploy multiple strategies for bots across chat, voice, and agent assist.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Kore.ai errors.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into a bot dialog flow using the key features of Kore.ai.
• Ability to lead technical design sessions with cross-functional teams (developers, UX designers, data analysts, product owners)
