We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Install and configure software and applications on desktops and laptops.
• Perform routine maintenance on desktops and laptops to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of hardware and software.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in desktop support.
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
