Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and performance tuning activities.
• Set up new users' workstations and assist with onboarding processes.
• Manage and monitor inventory of hardware and software.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Document all reported issues and resolutions accurately and timely.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role for at least 3 to 6 years.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or similar are a plus.
