Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Deskside Support Engineer located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues. You will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and ensuring that operating systems and applications are properly functioning.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Image deployment Support
• Windows 10, 
• Active directory
• Group Policy Backup and restoration.
• Networking and PC support printer and iPhone support
• Knowledge of McAfee Antivirus and Bit locker encryption, iOS devices, O365
• Experience with hardware and software installations is a plus
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are beneficial
