Responsibilities

• Track and manage incoming field returns.
• Perform initial analysis of returned units.
• Coordinate sending units to suppliers.
• Update field return data according to established processes.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment using MS Teams and email.
• Excellent customer service attitude, as most interactions are with product development groups.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including internships and project-related work.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with Power BI.
