Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, Mac OS, and other open system environments
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and inventory management
  • Work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
  • Adapt to evolving support scopes as part of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify hardware and software solutions, performing installations and configurations
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear resolutions
  • Stay flexible and aligned with organizational needs and priorities
  • Take proactive measures to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance and safety.

 

Required Technical / Functional Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and hardware components
  • Experience with Windows patching
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and non-Windows/open system environments
