Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a strong customer-oriented attitude
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based systems, Mac OS, and other open system environments
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and inventory management
- Work independently as a self-starter, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
- Adapt to evolving support scopes as part of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify hardware and software solutions, performing installations and configurations
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear resolutions
- Stay flexible and aligned with organizational needs and priorities
- Take proactive measures to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
- Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
Required Technical / Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and hardware components
- Experience with Windows patching
- Working knowledge of Mac OS environments
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and non-Windows/open system environments
