Implementing/deploying software releases as per plan in the customer environment remotely.
Implementing/deploying changes in software in the customer environment remotely.
Monitor multiple customer environments with the help of remote monitoring tools.
Design, develop and modify automated deployment, monitoring, backup and recovery systems.
Assist with software and tools development, including prototyping new approaches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Should have a thorough knowledge of the SLAs.
Knowledge of system-level and integration-level testing.
Should have a thorough understanding of the Incident Management Process, Change Management Process, and Problem Management Process.
Expertise with automated testing products, including how to set up automated testing, how to script automated tests, how to create automated regression test suites, and how to troubleshoot automated testing issues.
Experience in developing server or multi-user applications is desirable.
