Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design process for banking projects, ensuring that user-centered design principles are applied throughout.
• Oversee day-to-day production design tasks, leveraging expert-level proficiency in Figma to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Maintain a strong UX design portfolio that showcases a clear understanding of design components and systems, and exemplifies the ability to deliver exceptional quality.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, synthesize complex information, and anticipate concerns.
• Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment across teams and with external partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organizational skills and delivering high-caliber results on time.
• Work directly with American and European firms, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and adapt to diverse work cultures.
• Quickly onboard to new projects and begin contributing effectively, minimizing the need for extensive guidance or training.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX production design, particularly in banking domain projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including building complex components and detailed interactions using auto layout effectively. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong UX design portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with significant technical writing experience being a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven experience working with American or European firms, with clear communication skills.
