• Solid understanding of software testing concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and workflow gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate defects reported by QA teams or end users.
• Analyze defect details to confirm reproducibility, scope, and business impact.
• Document defects clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and relevant screenshots or logs.
• Classify and prioritize defects based on severity and urgency.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify issues and support root cause analysis.
• Track and manage defect status through the entire lifecycle until closure.
• Prepare defect summaries, dashboards, or reports for stakeholder and triage meetings.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, or quality gaps to support process improvements.
• Utilize Power BI to generate defect analysis, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and workflow optimization.
