<li>Error Handling and troubleshooting in Datapower.</li>

<li>Familiar with DataPower firmware upgrades.</li>
<li>Experienced in troubleshooting within DataPower (probes, TCP connection tests, network traces, extlatency logs, etc).</li>
<li>Experienced in Crypto Certificate objects.</li>
<li>Familiar with different service classes in DataPower (WSGateway, Multi-Protocol Gateway, XML Firewall Service).</li>
<li>Experienced in webgui and cli navigation / commands.</li>
<li>Experienced in Working with DPXI52 devices.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the SOA Test is an added advantage.</li>
