We are seeking a skilled Database Developer with hands-on experience in NoSQL (MongoDB), PL/SQL, and Snowflake to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development, performance optimization, and cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on financial domain applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, complex queries, aggregations, and ensure high performance.
• Develop, debug, and optimize complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages using PL/SQL.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake DDL/DML, stored procedures, and UDFs. Handle data loading/unloading and optimize Snowflake performance.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues across NoSQL and relational environments. Optimize queries, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
• Design and migrate NoSQL MongoDB in financial applications. Develop cloud-based DWH using Snowflake.
• Mentor junior developers, perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
• Track project status, identify risks, and update senior leadership on progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Expertise in schema design, complex queries, and aggregation.
• Extensive experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL for developing and optimizing stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data cloud, DDL/DML, performance optimization, and data migration.
• Proven skills in query optimization, index tuning, and partitioning strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Apache Iceberg for managing large datasets in data lakes.
• Experience with Python for automation, data processing, and database connectivity.
