Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data Tower within enterprise-wide EDO transformation programs.
  • Define and execute data strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, governance, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive program planning, delivery execution, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish KPIs, SLAs, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead modern data platform initiatives using Databricks, dbt, Azure, and AWS.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns for ETL/ELT, batch, streaming, and analytics workloads.
  • Drive Asset Management data capabilities across portfolio, trading, risk, compliance, and reporting functions.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality data pipelines with automation, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Optimize data platform performance, scalability, and cloud costs.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver trusted enterprise data products.
Required Technical Skills
  • Strong experience leading enterprise Data Transformation / EDO Programs
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Databricks
    • dbt (Data Build Tool)

  • Experience with:

Domain Experience
  • Must have strong Asset Management industry experience.
  • Experience working with investment management data ecosystems including:
    • Portfolio data
    • Market/reference data
    • Trading data
    • Performance analytics
    • Risk and compliance data
    • Client reporting platforms
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executives and business leaders.
  • Ability to lead distributed global teams across technology and business functions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with execution excellence.
