Key Responsibilities

• Utilize SQL to query databases, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Analyze and evaluate data systems and processes to identify improvements and enhancements.
• Support the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies.
• Use Jira to track and manage project tasks, issues, and workflows.
• Develop user manuals, system guides, and training materials.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare or audit processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Analyze and report on healthcare data, audit trails, or other relevant metrics.
• Manage data-related projects, including system upgrades, data migrations, and releases.
• Provide support and training to end-users on data systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in data management and system operations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, systems analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Ideally, experience in healthcare or audit environments.
• Strong skills in SQL and data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and produce actionable reports.
• Experience in analyzing and improving data systems and processes.
• Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
• Competence in using Jira to manage tasks, issues, and project workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations or audit processes is a plus.
