Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect and Design scalable data solutions using AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda).
• Develop and Optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Implement Data Lakes for efficient data storage, processing, and analytics.
• Lead and Mentor a team of data engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure Data Security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Optimize Performance of data systems through troubleshooting and tuning.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, with 3+ years of experience on AWS.
• Strong expertise in AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis).
• Proficient in building ETL workflows and managing data lakes.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark).
• Leadership experience with data engineering teams.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Data Analytics).
• Experience with big data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.
