We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and create data-driven solutions.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through data visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Continuously improve data analysis processes, techniques, and algorithms to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or Scala.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and/or Hive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
