Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand forecasting needs, challenges, and business objectives
• Leverage the Teradata ClearScape Analytics platform to design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models that generate accurate financial forecasts
• Lead the development of a forecasting model for annual product renewal units at the individual product level, demonstrating the flexibility and scalability of the ClearScape platform
• Evaluate and apply a variety of modeling techniques—including time series, regression, and neural networks—to optimize forecast accuracy
• Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve model performance to reflect evolving business conditions
• Deliver analytical solutions through user-friendly tools and applications tailored to non-technical business users
• Communicate modeling approaches, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for internal engineering and analytics teams to support model adoption and maintenance
• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering modeling methodologies, code, assumptions, and results to ensure transparency and continuity

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and machine learning, with hands-on expertise using Teradata ClearScape
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant analytical languages
• Proven experience in building, validating, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
• Deep understanding of time series forecasting techniques and statistical modeling methods
• Experience in financial forecasting or within the financial services industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a history of successful cross-functional engagement
