Our client is seeking an experienced Data Scientist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in statistical modeling, cloud-based machine learning, and data storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems using data and can effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis, time series modeling, feature selection, and model validation.
• Clean, join, and analyze large, unstructured datasets from diverse sources to uncover meaningful patterns and trends.
• Build, deploy, and manage predictive models using cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Vertex AI, Snowflake ML, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling using Python and core libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to support data-informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms and model lifecycle management.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and machine learning.
• Ability to work with large, messy, and unstructured datasets.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
