Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML and NLP models, including new-gen AI models.
• Utilize Python for machine learning and NLP tasks, including model development and performance optimization.
• Set up and manage supervised and unsupervised ML/NLP models. This includes data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection, ensemble methods, and performance metrics visualization.
• Work with a variety of ML/NLP tasks such as document classification, document summarization, topic modeling, dialog systems, sentiment analysis, and OCR text processing.
• Apply deep understanding and experience with new-generation AI open-source models and techniques.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle and work effectively within Agile processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in related roles.
• At least 5 years of programming experience with a strong focus on Python, specifically for ML/NLP applications.
• Deep understanding and some exposure to new-generation AI open-source models.
• Extensive experience with setting up and managing ML/NLP models, including data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with document classification, document summarization, topic modeling, dialog systems, sentiment analysis, and OCR text processing.
• Proven experience in the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
