We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to provide production support for business-critical BI platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or channel performance reporting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and maintain BI platforms (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, or equivalent)
- Query and analyze data to investigate, validate, and explain metrics and KPIs
- Manage multiple support requests across platforms and time zones
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable business insights
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve platform issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B/B2C sales reporting structures, including Institutional Sales and Consumer Channel metrics
- Familiarity with automated support workflows (Slack, chatbots, ticketing systems) and exception handling
- Ability to work in a globally distributed, follow-the-sun team model
- Understanding of data pipelines to distinguish latency, logic errors, and platform defects
