Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Perform data validation, testing, and analysis to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Identify data issues, anomalies, and discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve them.
• Design and execute automated and manual data quality tests.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and standards.
• Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports on data quality trends and issues.
• Provide recommendations for data quality improvements and optimizations.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Strong knowledge of data quality best practices and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation tools.
• Ability to design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with data management platforms (e.g., Talend, Informatica) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data quality assurance or data testing.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
