We are looking for a Data Operations professional to support campaign operations, production workflows, data validation, quality control, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience with batch processing/data pipelines, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign execution, processing, QC, and timely delivery.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks on campaign outputs.
- Support campaign setup changes, reruns, reprocessing, and production corrections.
- Troubleshoot failed jobs, data discrepancies, and production issues.
- Coordinate with Data Management, Product Support, Development, and business teams.
- Track incidents, document resolutions, and maintain operational procedures.
- Ensure smooth handoffs and timely communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Experience in Data Operations, Production Support, or Campaign Operations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of batch processing, scheduled workflows, and data pipelines.
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and QC.
