Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage data investigations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage job schedules using Atomic or similar schedulers to automate and monitor data workflows.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, providing support and guidance during data-related tasks and projects.
  • Ensure all data operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Utilize ticket tracking systems (e.g., CSM) to track issues, resolve escalations, and maintain clear records of data-related activities.
  • Produce clear documentation and reports on data operations, issues, and resolutions.
  • Lead and facilitate technical meetings, ensuring alignment between teams and clear communication on project progress.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with job schedulers (e.g., Atomic) and ticket management systems (e.g., CSM).
  • Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, Redshift, and Snowflake.
  • Strong technical investigative skills and ability to resolve data issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with experience in leading meetings and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems such as CSM.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and data warehousing solutions.
