We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Modeler / Tableau Report Developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join the team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data modeling, ETL processes, architecture & engineering, and data warehousing, along with deep expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

This role requires the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights through compelling visualizations that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Perform data modeling and develop scalable data warehouse solutions.
• Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Conduct data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Apply data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles to enhance user experience.
• Document data models, ETL workflows, dashboard logic, and user guides.
• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling, ETL, Architecture & Engineering, and Data Warehousing.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and transformation.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, dimensional modeling).
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
