We are seeking a skilled Data Extraction Specialist to manage and execute data extraction and migration tasks from complex systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as SER Doxis, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems. This role involves working with development and QA systems to ensure accurate data extraction and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction and migration tasks from complex systems, including SER Doxis and similar platforms.
- Extract raw data from various systems and ensure it is properly formatted for use in multiple systems.
- Work with development and QA teams to test and validate data extraction processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data extraction issues in collaboration with technical teams.
- Extract data from various platforms beyond SharePoint, such as Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Understand and adapt to different data structures and systems as needed.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to explore and understand new systems and platforms.
- Document data extraction processes, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on data extraction activities and provide insights to stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in data extraction and migration from complex systems, preferably including SER Doxis or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of data structures and the ability to extract raw data for use in multiple systems
- Experience in extracting data from platforms other than SharePoint, such as Salesforce or other enterprise systems
- Ability to work with development and QA systems to test, validate, and ensure accurate data extraction
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the curiosity and initiative to explore and understand new systems and platform
- Experience with full-stack development is a plus, but not required
