Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical Lead of Data Engineering Team.
• Managing New business requirements, technical design and delivery. 
• Leading Agile delivery, JIRA story creation, Sprint planning, Sprint Demo.
• Release Planning related to team.
• Production Incident Management. 
• Help team in technical issues, new development and troubleshooting the issues.
• Work closely with business to understand their requirement and bridge the GA between business and development team.
• Demonstrate good domain knowledge (Risk Legal and compliance).

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Analytics, Analytical Skills, and Data Management skills
• Data Analysis and Data Modeling skills
• Experience in data engineering and data manipulation
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
