Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage data transformation and ETL processes using Spark, Python, PySpark, and HiveQL.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data environments, whether cloud-based or on-premises.
• Perform data processing tasks for cleansing and curating data using Spark/Python, ensuring data quality and preparation for analytical models.
• Utilize familiarity with data models and business processes in the Talent & Learning modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Demonstrate strong data-savvy and analytical skills to interpret and manage complex data.
• Independently deliver work items and lead data discussions with Tech Leads, Architects, and Implementation Partners.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and code management processes is preferred.
• Prior experience transitioning from Taleo to Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in data engineering within a Big Data environment.
• Proven skills in Spark, Python, PySpark, and HiveQL.
• Hands-on experience in building data ingestion pipelines from Oracle Recruitment Cloud to Big Data environments.
• Strong background in data processing and analytical model preparation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud's Talent & Learning modules is essential.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and code management processes is preferred.
• Prior experience with the transition from Taleo to Oracle Fusion Cloud is advantageous.
