Experience Required

• Cloudera On Prem
• Experienced in supporting  Impala, Hive, Yarn, Cloudera Manager, Ranger  (CDP)
• Expertise in SQL
• Experienced in Linux.
• Knowledge of Python or Stata

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Day to day activities for this role involves handling Data feeds from vendors, do required ETL on the feeds and dump it in Hadoop DB where the Economists consumes from
• Key responsibilities include data loading, database maintenance, application security and database growth management. 
• This position will collaborate effectively with economists and research analysts to efficiently process data sets for analytics.
• A familiarity with Kerberos and Active Directory integration would be valuable.
• You will assist researchers with data management, data access, SQL optimization, ETL, data curation, and leverage business software for task automation.
