Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer for a 4–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in cloud-based data engineering, big data tools, and modern data warehouse architecture.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in modern data engineering/data warehousing/data lake technologies on cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure Fabric, Azure Databricks).
• 10+ years of proven experience with SQL development, schema design, and dimensional data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Data warehouse best practices, development standards, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and technologies such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Informatica, and Talend.
• Experience with data warehouse platforms, including Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery.
• Proficient in Big Data tools like Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and Spark SQL.
