Looking for a Data Center Technician with strong server-side skills. Candidates with IT Helpdesk/Desktop support experience are welcome, but the focus is Data Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Server Installation & Configuration in data center racks
• Software/Firmware Upgrades and OS deployments
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving for hardware and server issues
• Vendor Management & Support for hardware replacements and service requests
• Auditing & Inventory of servers and components

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with server hardware management
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers
• Knowledge of networking basics and data center standards
• Willingness to work onsite shifts
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
