Job Description

• 2-4 years’ experience in Data Center. Knowledgeable about San Storage, Network Operations, Telecommunications, and other operations support functions.
• Strong knowledge of DCIM tool and ServiceNow
• Familiar with MSOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
• Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies, systems, and circuits
• Must have proven ability to manufacture and install data center compliant cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to test servers, server components, and other hardware as needed.
• Detail-oriented and multi-task

Must Haves:

• Data Centre
• Cabling - Cat5e, Cat6, fiber
• Racking/Stacking
• Installation
• Troubleshooting
• DCIM Tools / ServiceNow (Anyone will work, both are ideal)
