We are seeking an engineer with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Datacenter Network migration, with Juniper and Arista Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute data center network migrations from Arista to Juniper-based infrastructure.
• Create detailed cable sheets, design documents, and migration plans.
• Schedule and coordinate migration windows (including weekends) with key stakeholders.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of Juniper QFX 5130 and 5120 series devices.
• Implement network solutions using EVPN VXLAN, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF.
• Configure route maps, route filters, and manage both IPv4 and IPv6 network architectures.
• Utilize Juniper Apstra for intent-based networking, automation, and infrastructure validation.
• Write and execute scripts to support network automation and repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with server, storage, and application teams for smooth migrations.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and provide post-migration support as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Center Network Engineering.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Juniper device installation and configuration.
• Deep understanding and working experience with EVPN VXLAN.
• Experience leading network deployments and migrations, especially Arista to Juniper.
• Proficiency in Juniper Apstra, scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible), and automation tools.
• Expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, and related technologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
