Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from databases, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports. 
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources, including SQL databases and SAP systems. Identify key trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.
• Configure and set up ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and automate data extraction and processing tasks to improve operational efficiency. Ensure data pipelines run smoothly and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data analysis tasks and processes.
• Utilize VBA or other scripting methods to enhance reporting and data manipulation.
• Leverage SAP IS-U Hana experience for utilities data management.
• Work with SAP to integrate data and provide insights that support utility operations.
• Perform Windows server management tasks related to data storage, processing, and reporting.
• Configure server environments to support data analytics processes.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role with strong proficiency in SQL query writing for reporting and analysis.
• Expertise in Power BI report development and dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (ability to write complex queries and optimize performance).
• Experience with SAP IS-U Hana (Utility-specific experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of Python scripting for data automation and analysis.
• Experience configuring and automating ETL tools and processes.
• Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for scripting.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows server environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
