Technical / Functional Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CyberArk – Privileged Account/Access Management in architecture, implementation/operation, installing/configuration of CyberArk, creation of technical documents/drawings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior engineers and management in written and oral formats.
• 24/7 on call support on rotational basis.
• Handle deployment related activities which are often after hours and/or weekends.
• Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures.
• Troubleshoot application/platform access issues and escalate to Tier 3 Support as necessary.
• Experience providing direct support to IT business application and related infrastructure teams in a complex multi-platform operating environment.
• Handling of miscellaneous support requests.
• 5+ years of professional software development, implementation, and quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Java and development in Windows applications and services.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting design/development with Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools.
• 2+ years of experience in data extraction/transformation/loading between systems using SQL queries/CSV files/XML/relational databases. 
• Programming languages: Java, Perl, SQLs, VB Script, Java Script, UNIX Korn Shell Script
• Development tools: Eclipse, Junit, Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Python
• Frameworks/APIs: SDK, Command Line Interfaces, ODBC, JDBC, JNDI, .NET, Win32, Win64, Web Services
• Windows Servers: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2
• UNIX Servers: Linux (RedHat and SUSE), Solaris, and AIX
• Databases: SQL Server 2008, MySQL, Oracle RAC, Sybase, UDB
• Application Servers: WebLogic and Tomcat
• Protocols: Active Directory, SSL, SSH, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment and managing priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; can set priorities and follow a timeline.
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Identity Management - Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Account Security (PAS), and Application Identity Management (AIM).
