Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and update cyber recovery runbooks and documentation.
• Coordinate and support recovery exercises, capture lessons learned, and track improvements.
• Participate in scenario analyses and recommend recovery actions.
• Collect and report recovery testing data and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to maintain current, compliant recovery plans.
• Maintain effective communication and proactively expand cyber recovery knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with NOC/SOC environments and regulatory principles.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud, virtualization, mainframe, and networking.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
