Roles & Responsibilities

• PM for Cyber Data Protection 
• Working with Corporate & Healthcare teams to work on and align project charters 
• Create an overall project plan that aligns with Corporate and other project dependencies 
• Comply with required project documentation and tracking • Track and report out on project status 
• Manage risks, actions, issues and dependencies • Stakeholder communication 
• Resource management, help with PSR generation for additional work as needed 
• Facilitate regular and ad-hoc operating mechanisms, meetings and workouts 
• Formal project tracking / charters 
• Managing project plan / milestones / deliverables 
• Manage overall plans, budget, op mechs, documentation, actions, dependencies, & risks 
• Manage PoC testing / UAT • Participate in infrastructure, licensing, cost discussions & manage procurements, if any 
• IT Security knowledge and experience handling cyber projects

DLP Projects: 

• MSDLP & DG SaaS Migration 
• Oversee overall MS PoC across multiple technology pillars (DLP, InT) 
• Create, maintain, track project plans for DLP (DG & MS) 
• Ensure alignment w other DP projects (as well as overall SRC) 
• Maintain CORP & vendor engagements (CT, CTO, MS, & DG) 
• Ensure compliance requirements (3PS, 3PHP, etc) are met 
• Report out on project status to key stakeholders 

 

Sensitive Data Protection Projects: 

• M365 tools PoC, Setup and deployment 
• Highwall project – tracking and management 

 

Insider Threat Projects: 

• SNYPR SaaS platform setup, data migration 
• Alignment with the Security Data Lake program 
• Case Management platform setup 
• DP Security Operations Centre spin-up 
• Tracking, milestones, reporting, facilitation and communications
