Job Overview
We are seeking a Cvent Solution Consultant with strong experience in event technology and a deep understanding of event operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing the Cvent platform to deliver seamless event experiences. This role is functional in nature, often suited for professionals from marketing operations or event technology backgrounds.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure event templates within Cvent to support various event types and requirements.
- Design and implement registration paths, logic, and workflows, including attendee types, pricing structures, and conditional registration forms.
- Set up sessions, manage capacity rules, and ensure smooth attendee experiences.
- Manage email communications within Cvent, including confirmations, reminders, and other event-related messaging.
- Develop and maintain event websites with branding consistency.
- Configure onsite check-in processes and attendee workflows for a seamless event experience.
- Generate and analyze standard reports within Cvent to track event performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on event operations and Cvent platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution and adoption of platform best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep understanding of end-to-end event operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Cvent platform.
- Functional expertise in event management rather than heavy technical coding.
- Experience configuring registration paths, forms, sessions, email communications, and onsite processes.
- Ability to create and maintain event websites and branding within Cvent.
- Strong analytical skills to work with reports and event data.
- Typically comes from marketing operations, event management, or event technology backgrounds.
