We are seeking a Customer Service professional to handle inbound calls and email inquiries related to insurance claims, payments, and estimate processing. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume customer interactions across multiple channels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to insurance claim inquiries
- Provide updates on estimates and supplement processing status
- Respond to payment-related queries (rental, towing, property damage, deductibles, and total loss)
- Process and analyze payment issues including voids and reissues
- Share updates on estimate status, approvals, and submission instructions
- Address delays or issues in estimate/supplement processing
- Provide status updates on rental and towing services
- Support customers with claim-related documentation and process guidance
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience handling email, phone, and fax-based customer interactions
- Good data entry skills with attention to accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
- Exposure to Auto Claims domain is an advantage
