We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect to design and implement advanced CJA solutions, driving seamless integration within the Adobe ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital analytics experience, including 2-3 years of hands-on expertise with CJA, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and transitioning from Adobe Analytics to CJA.

Responsibilities

• Lead CJA implementations, designing and configuring advanced data views, filters, segments, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage data ingestion, XDM schema design, and identity services.
• Manage technical transitions from Adobe Analytics to CJA, ensuring seamless data migration and report continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver customer journey insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of digital analytics experience, with 2-3 years hands-on in Adobe CJA implementation.
