Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing Curam solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and define system requirements.
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Conducting testing and debugging of applications to ensure software functionality and optimization.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues in Curam software.
• Keeping abreast of updates and new features within the Curam platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience working with IBM Curam software.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other social program management software.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.
