Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of CRM solutions, primarily utilizing Salesforce.com, to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a technical team, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with Life Sciences industry regulations.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Communities and Health Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Guide teams through solution implementation, providing direction and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and Life Sciences regulatory influences (GDPR, GxP, Systems Validation).
• Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and align with organizational strategy.
• Utilize the SAFe Agile framework to drive continuous improvement and support effective project execution.

Primary Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salesforce.com certifications.
• At least 4 years of experience leading a technical team.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Life Sciences industry, preferably with Pharma or Medical Devices.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Communities and Health Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities, processes, and functionalities in a regulated industry.
• Proven experience leading solutioning efforts for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements, including but not limited to GDPR (PII), GxP, and Systems Validation.
• Proficiency in the SAFe Agile framework and the toolsets required for process implementation.
