Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide data visibility into KPIs for leadership and business groups.
  • Translate business reporting requirements into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
  • Develop data recipes and dataflows within CRM Analytics to support business requirements.
  • Establish and promote best practices and standards for dataflow, dashboard, and report/lens development and deployment.
  • Perform data analysis, create data samples/prototypes, and produce ad-hoc reports from multiple data sources (ADL, EDW, Salesforce).
  • Partner with IT, platform owners, and BI analysts to provide input on project timelines, scope, and risks for commission initiatives.
  • Understand system landscape, data repositories, and their interrelationships to drive effective reporting.
  • Develop processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Perform extensive data unit testing, quality assurance (QA), and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Address and resolve feedback within defined thresholds.
  • Provide governance and guidance on best practices for designing and implementing sustainable data-driven analytics solutions.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in CRM Analytics, including dashboard and report design, dataflow development, and data recipe creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and the ability to access and analyze data from ADL, EDW, and other sources.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce Quip, and Heroku is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of data quality monitoring, integrity checks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.

 

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing analytics solutions and dashboards using CRM Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Experience with unit testing, QA, and maintaining high-quality data standards.
